Lucero Homes builds custom and spec residences inside the private community of Lucero Golf & Country Club. Every home is delivered by an in-house team of architects, engineers and designers, from concept through completion — which is why the specification is consistent across models and the finish level does not drift between lots.
Phase 1 is where things stand today: six homes under construction, two more planned, thirteen custom lots released, and two finished duplexes available now. Prices below are starting figures for the lot as built.
