Bosques de Punta Barco is a residential project in planning at Punta Barco, in the San José corregimiento of the San Carlos district, next to the Coronado area on Panama's Pacific coast. Its master plan keeps close to half of the property as forest, with trails, social areas and residential areas laid out around it.
The developer's motto sums up the idea: "La mejor inversión de la tierra es la misma tierra" — the best investment on earth is the land itself.

The master plan is complete and the Territorial Zoning Plan (EOT) is under review by Panama's Ministry of Housing and Land Planning (MIVIOT). Pricing, lot layout and terms will be defined once it is approved. For now there is a free, no-commitment interest list. This is not a presale or a reservation.

What the master plan includes
- Forests and trails — forest areas conserved inside the property, with trails to walk between them.
- Social areas — common spaces placed in harmony with the landscape.
- Residential areas — higher- and lower-density areas, with individual lots and homes built on lots.
- Land parcels — larger parcels for developers, for projects under the land uses that are approved.
Areas, lot layout and terms will be set with the required approvals. Close to 50% is an approximate figure, subject to EOT approval.
